"In the 4+ years of doing business with this State Farm agent, I was treated with the utmost respect. Communication is key always but they where always will to work with me on everything from new vehicles to new drivers. "I'm an insurance agent in Lincoln but often work with Jennifer's agency referring business back and forth to help our clients find the best possible coverage. "I called yesterday to get a quote on renter’s insurance and Zach was super helpful. He got it to me within an hour or two. I highly recommend him to help you! Today I spoke with Hailey about auto insurance and she was a DELIGHT to talk to and with. Being from the UK I don’t understand American insurance very well but she walked me through it and explained it all so well. She got me the best coverage and a discount for having renter’s insurance with State Farm. If you need auto insurance you should work with Hailey!"

"Jennifer Ulrich agency (Hailey Jones) was able to save me some $$ on my insurance. I’ve been a USAA customer for several years, and have now switched all my insurance to State Farm. "Pay for the extra stuff for roadside assutance.. 2 times I have needed a tow. 4 plus hrs waited, 2nd time I needed tow.. can't contact the office after 5, once ticket order processed there is no tow trucks available..."

"We've always heard good things about Jennifer and working in apartment rentals, I had more people than I can count use her for renters insurance so I figured I'd give it a try for homeowners and it's been great! Not only was I able to be more specific with how much of certain categories I want covered, but it was still cheaper than my original policy with someone else. Also everyone you talk to in the office there is as nice as possible. About out to Hailey who helped me with my policy and was patient with me being so indecisive."
